Privacy Policy

Last Revised: April 2, 2026

PICKUPDOTEARTH LLC ("Pickup.Earth", "we", "us", or "our") operates the Sked.Earth platform, a web-based application that facilitates the booking of recreational sports facilities ("Platform"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and retain your personal information, including information collected through the Platform. We do not collect any personal information except as set out below or as you specifically provide to us.

1. Your Consent

By providing us with your personal information, you consent to the collection, use, disclosure, and retention of that information in accordance with this Privacy Policy and as otherwise permitted by applicable law. You may withdraw your consent at any time, subject to legal or contractual restrictions and upon reasonable notice to us. If you withdraw your consent, you may not be able to access or use certain features of the Platform.

If you are under the age of 18, you must have permission from a parent or legal guardian to use the Platform, and such parent or guardian consents on your behalf to the collection, use, disclosure, and retention of your personal information in accordance with this Privacy Policy.

2. Types of Personal Information We Collect

In this Privacy Policy, "personal information" means information about an identifiable individual, such as an individual's name, email address, and phone number. We may collect the following categories of personal information: your name; email address; password (stored in hashed form); Google account profile information (if you register via Google); venue information you submit as a Venue Owner (including business name, address, contact phone, and contact email); payment information (processed and stored by Stripe — we do not store your full credit card details); booking history and transaction records; and device and usage information as described in Section 4.

3. How We Collect Personal Information

(a) Direct Collection. You voluntarily provide personal information to us when you create an account, make a booking, register a venue, configure payout settings, or contact us. You may choose not to provide certain information, but you may then be unable to access or use certain features of the Platform.

(b) Third-Party Authentication. If you register or sign in using Google, we receive your name and email address from Google. We do not receive or store your Google password.

(c) Automatic Collection. The Platform may automatically collect certain information about your use of the Platform, such as the dates and times you access the Platform, the browsers and devices you use, referring and exit pages, and your general geographic location (for the purpose of displaying nearby venues on the map). We use Google Firebase Analytics and similar technologies to collect this information. We may also use cookies, web beacons, and similar technologies to recognize you as a user, track your use of the Platform, and improve your experience.

4. How We Use Personal Information

We may use your personal information for the following purposes:

(i) To create and manage your account and administer your relationship with us;

(ii) To facilitate bookings between Bookers and Venue Owners, including sharing relevant booking information (name, email) with the applicable Venue Owner;

(iii) To process payments and payouts through Stripe;

(iv) To communicate with you about your account, bookings, and the Platform, including service-related notifications;

(v) To maintain, protect, and improve the Platform and develop new features;

(vi) To enforce our Terms of Use and protect the legal rights, interests, and safety of Pickup.Earth, our users, and the public;

(vii) To comply with applicable laws, regulations, and legal processes.

We will not sell your personal information to third parties for marketing or advertising purposes.

5. How We Disclose Personal Information

(a) Venue Owners. When you make a booking, your name and email address are shared with the Venue Owner at the facility you have booked. Venue Owners may retain this information in their own records. If you wish for a Venue Owner to delete your information, you must contact the Venue Owner directly.

(b) Service Providers. We may disclose your personal information to third-party service providers who assist us in operating the Platform, including: Stripe (payment processing), Google Firebase (authentication, database, hosting, and analytics), and Mapbox (mapping services). We require our service providers to use your personal information only for the purposes for which it is provided and to protect your information in a manner consistent with this Privacy Policy.

(c) Legal Disclosures. We may disclose personal information as required or authorized by applicable law, including to: protect our legal rights, safety, or property; protect the safety and security of users of the Platform; protect against fraud or illegal activity; respond to legal authorities or legal process; or comply with applicable law.

(d) Business Transactions. We may disclose your personal information in connection with a proposed or actual business transaction involving Pickup.Earth (e.g., a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets), provided that the information recipient agrees to protect your personal information consistent with this Privacy Policy.

6. Data Storage and Security

Your personal information is stored using Google Firebase (Firestore) and processed through services located in the United States. Payment information is processed and stored by Stripe in accordance with PCI DSS Level 1 standards — the highest grade of payment processing security. We do not store your full credit card number, expiration date, or CVV on our servers.

We employ reasonable administrative, physical, and technical safeguards appropriate to the sensitivity of the personal information in our possession. However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

7. Data Retention

We retain your personal information for the period reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, to comply with our legal obligations, to resolve disputes, and to enforce our agreements. When your personal information is no longer needed, we will archive, depersonalize, or delete the information. If you would like your information deleted, please contact us using the contact information below.

8. Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have certain rights regarding your personal information, including the right to access, correct, delete, or port your personal information. To exercise any of these rights, please submit a written request to us using the contact information below. We will respond to your request within a reasonable time and in accordance with applicable law.

If you are a resident of California, you may have additional rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA). If you are a resident of the European Economic Area, you may have additional rights under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Please contact us for more information about how these laws may apply to you.

9. Cookies and Tracking Technologies

The Platform uses cookies and similar technologies to improve your experience, analyze usage patterns, and provide personalized content. You may choose to decline or disable cookies through your browser settings, but doing so may affect your ability to access or use certain features of the Platform. We use Firebase Analytics to collect aggregate usage data. We do not use cookies for third-party advertising purposes.

10. Children's Privacy

The Platform is not directed at children under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe we have inadvertently collected personal information from a child under 13, please contact us immediately and we will take reasonable steps to delete that information.

11. Third-Party Links and Services

The Platform may contain links to third-party websites or services. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those third parties. We encourage you to review the privacy policies of any third-party services you access through the Platform. When you use Google to sign in, Stripe to make a payment, or interact with Mapbox maps, those services' own privacy policies apply to the information they collect.

12. Governing Law

This Privacy Policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Oklahoma, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising from or relating to this Privacy Policy must be resolved before the courts of the State of Oklahoma sitting in Oklahoma County, Oklahoma.

13. Changes to this Policy

We may revise this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes are effective when posted, and the revision date will appear at the top of this page. If we make material changes, we will notify you through the email address you provided or by placing a prominent notice on the Platform. By continuing to use the Platform after any revised Privacy Policy has been posted, you agree to be bound by the then-current version.
